Where are you located?
We don't have a physical storefront, but we're based in Hollister, CA. We offer orders for pickup in Hollister, and we also operate a food trailer that moves to different locations throughout the week. Every Wednesday, you can catch us at the Hollister Farmers Market.
To stay updated on our food trailer schedule, check out our Instagram highlights. If you're not in the Hollister area, no worries! We offer nationwide shipping, and you can conveniently place your order on our website.
How do I make a custom order?
If you are interested in a custom order such as cakes, cupcakes, etc., please email us or fill out our contact form.
How far in advance do I order?
For local pickup only: please place your order at least 3 weeks in advance. If an order is placed for a time less than this, we will contact you to re arrange a pickup date. For shipping: read our shipping policy.
How big are your cookies?
Our cookies are 6 ounces each. That's big. Our chewy cookies will expand outwards more, appearing larger, while our chunky cookies will be thick and tall. However, they are all the same weight.
How can I preserve your cookies?
Each order comes with a cookie care card. This card will explain the steps to follow to have the best tasting experience. Additionally, it will explain how to store your cookies. Freeze for up to 2 months upon receiving or store in an airtight container up to 5 days.
