Shipping

Orders are processed weekly on Mondays and then shipped out on Wednesdays.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, lost packages, unforeseen weather delays, closed locations/denied access to delivery site, high volume experienced by shipping companies, etc. However, if any of the above occur to you, please email/contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

 

Pickup

We do not offer same day pickups. To make an order to pickup locally, please email us your order at sweetalamor@gmail.com and we can arrange a pickup date/time. 

 

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us through our contact page. All cancelations must be made within 3 days of ordering. Once the preparation of your order has begun, no cancellations can be made.
